Recessionista Shopping!

Since the recession hit, shops are doing all they can to try and entice shoppers back into their stores. They are doing this by offering discounts and Money off vouchers which is great news for us shoppers. The range of vouchers and discounts available is vast, as is the number of retailers now offering money off, the discounts can vary from money off your final bill, free delivery or a discount on a specific product. Before you go shopping always check for discount codes and offers to save yourself money on your shopping.

Finding discounts on the go has now been made easier thanks to smart phones; there is now an iPhone Appthat will tell you of discounts within your area. The system works using GPS to find the best savings where you are at the time or alternatively you can enter an area or postcode and the app will advise you of discounts in that area.

I have been given the links to lots of faboosh voucher codes and have scoured the interwebs (.....and cheated a little bit by asking my lovely twitter followers too!) and have tried to put LOADS of voucher codes and links to current sales etc etc into this post!

Benefit Cosmeticsare one of the world leading make-up brands. With the fall beauty collection now available on the UK site, it is the best time to stock up while you can. Boots have a huge range of health and beauty products available including cosmetics, skin care, hair care, holiday products and much more. The discounts can be redeemed in a variety of ways including discount codes, printable vouchers and by clicking to get the deal. With the number of big brand cosmetics on offer there is a chance you will be able to get a good deal.

High street stores are now offering very competitive discounts on fashion that vary greatly from store to store and the time of year that you are looking.New Look are currently offering discounts on specific items, Wallis have 20% off orders and Quiz have 10% off all orders when using a discount code.

This is just a TINY example of the huge number of vouchers and sales that are going on out there on the WWW. The weather is shite, stay indoors are shop online - you could save money AND not have to suffer British weather, Rudolph syndrome and crowded shopping centres.
Before buying anything online it always pays to send a quick tweet just asking 'Any discount codes for ........' - there are usually some floating about!
